I’ve been involved in hundreds of website launches over the years and it’s almost always anti-climatic!
I mean, with all the work that goes into a new website, or a website re-design, you would think it would be cause for a MAJOR celebration!
But usually the launch happens quietly, when no one notices. This is really because there may be problems in the launch, and there often is. It’s just the nature of the “internets.”
My new website JUST went live. About 15 minutes ago. October 12, 2010 (10/12/10.) Let’s call it 5:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time. But it was DOWN for about 2 days. There were DNS issues. It happens.
I know a few folks were checking out my website when there wasn’t a website, because they told me so.
Am I concerned?
No.
People do business with people they know like and trust. Having my website down for 2 days doesn’t change who I am.
I WOULD like to thank Zach Ferres and his team at BounceFire. I’m so happy I met them and am using their brilliant skills for building saweeet, easy to use websites for my clients (and now me!)
It helps make my job really fun.
Now, I have to get the Free E-Book uploaded! It’s ready, just not in it’s proper place. But in all honesty, I have a family event that may come first.
Priorities!
Ta Ta for now.

Nice post. I be taught one thing more challenging on totally different blogs everyday. It would always be stimulating to learn content from other writers and follow a little bit one thing from their store. I’d prefer to make use of some with the content material on my blog whether or not you don’t mind. Natually I’ll offer you a link on your net blog. Thanks for sharing.
Sure – share as much as you’d like!
